i was so surprised to find this sweet small spot! the workers were so friendly and the place felt cozy. the desert was soooo amazing! and the korean food was good, they even wrote our names in korean on our stamp card! would come again!

we came here because it was close to our hotel and we were not disappointed!! The bibimbap and ramyeon were sooo tasty! if you enjoy spice, ask the waitress for picante extra, and they’ll make the ramyeon more spicy for you! I slurped up every drop. Traveling solo as an Asian, I found comfort in their authentic dishes, which truly satiated my longing for homely Asian cuisine. The Ramen and Cheyuk were not only delightful but also a savory reminder of home. The hospitality extended by the staff and the owner is genuinely warm and kind. On my last visit, the owner went above and beyond by assisting me in hailing a taxi to the airport post my Ramen indulgence. This was undeniably a 10/10 experience! Very cute cafe! Was nice to have something a little different after 2 weeks in Oaxaca. Was entertained by the card explaining how to use lettuce to make tacos.

Do you want to eat Korean food in Oaxaca? DURURU Korean restaurant will satisfy you. The restaurant is bright and clean, the owner and staffs are so friendly and always smile. Korean woman and her Mexican husband are a wonderful couple for cooking original Korean food and making a delicious homemade bakery with excellent quality at an affordable price. Most foods are recommended, and the Korean health drink 'Misutgaru' would also be a good combination.

The food here is amazing and very affordable. Authentic SoKo replete with JPop posters covering an entire wall. But it’s the food that shines. On my first visit I ordered the kimchi pancake. A simple dish, but a good barometer. When done well, it’s a treat. It did not disappoint. My second visit I went for the bibimbap. It was perfect. A must visit for lunch or dinner. Worth the walk slightly out of Centro, the exploration will reward you.

After a number of weeks of eating tacos and Mexican food (which was all great btw). This absolutely hit the spot if you're looking for some genuine Korean food in Oaxaca. We had the bibimbap and individual ssam. It was clean, tasty and had real gochuchang which I've missed also came with side dishes, though it wasn't full blown kimchi and more of the other pickled sides you can get in Korean restaurants.
